Here in the huge, Spartan spaces of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidzwirner.com\/exhibitions\/felix-gonzalez-torres\">David Zwirner Gallery<\/a> (which marks joint representation of the artist with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andrearosengallery.com\/\">Andrea Rosen Gallery<\/a> with this show), the curtain has the sobering effect intended, heightening our awareness of passing from one state to another.
