Among the variety of media, Liliana Porter<\/a>\u2019s diminutive sculpture \u2018The Gardener\u2019 offers a unique and hopeful take on home as a mental location.\u00a0 With her usual economy of means and sense of humor, the Argentina-born, New York multi-media artist suggests that one can choose to cultivate beauty despite brokenness.\u00a0 (On view in Chelsea through August 7th<\/sup>).<\/p>\n
