at Jack Shainman Gallery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nick Cave\u2019s stunning sculpture \u2018Amalgam (Origin)\u2019 at <a href=\"https:\/\/jackshainman.com\/exhibitions\/nick_cave_amalgams_and_graphts\">Jack Shainman Gallery<\/a>\u2019s newly renovated Tribeca location radically scales up the artist\u2019s iconic Soundsuits, wearable sculptures that make sound as they are moved.\u00a0 Designed as a protective gesture in response to the 1992 beating of Rodney King\u2019s by LA police, Cave\u2019s first Soundsuit was made of twigs;
