The centerpiece of the artist\u2019s latest solo exhibition at Tanya Bonakdar Gallery<\/a> in Chelsea, \u2018Your psychoacoustic light ensemble,\u2019 challenges viewers to rethink how we perceive color, light and other natural phenomena while this time including sound.\u00a0 In the gallery\u2019s darkened central room, low frequency vibrations can be heard, felt and seen as projected lights respond to the sound waves.\u00a0 Inviting us to sit and be immersed in the various stimuli, Eliasson describes our experience as \u2018seeing ourselves hearing.\u2019 (On view through Dec 19th<\/sup>).<\/p>\n
