Wang Ningde’s ‘Form of Light’ images, currently on view at Bryce Wolkowitz Gallery in Chelsea, appear to be photos but fool the eye. From straight on, thin strips of photographic film disappear and visitors see only the projection of images underneath, arranged via projection software to synch with the gallery’s light sources.
