Can you really shop for art online? Artnet.com, the VIP art fair and other web-based art businesses question of how necessary it is to see art in person before buying. In a daring tongue-in-cheek gesture, Winkleman Gallery devotes its summer group show to a huge exhibition in every media by its gallery artists…with all work displayed online on a bank of monitors lining the gallery walls.
