What part of town doesn’t want to be ‘the next Williamsburg?’ This Brooklyn outpost of art and culture symbolizes how more artists than ever before are pushing beyond the boundaries of Manhattan’s island geography to find space to live, work and create. It also proves that such a move can be successful in attracting the young talent that start galleries and the patrons whose support keeps them in business.
